The black waters of Salonga National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo are a breathtaking sight. These dark-colored waters, formed by the decomposition of leaves and other organic matter, create stunning reflections of the surrounding vegetation. Located deep in the rainforest, these black waters are a unique and important part of the ecosystem.
